Contact with the Earth helps the human body generate electrical energy, which is responsible for the proper communication between the nervous system and the brain. The signals transmitted to the brain are electrical charges that move from cell to cell, controlling the heartbeat, blood circulation, and overall proper functioning of the body.



The Grounding Process is Simple

Your body contains atoms made up of positively (+) charged protons, negatively (-) charged electrons, and neutrons, which are neutral (±). The balance of these particles is crucial for the proper functioning of the body. The Earth, on the other hand, has an immense negative charge and an excess of electrons, making it a powerful source of antioxidant electrons. Nature has designed the body to work in harmony with the Earth to achieve this essential balance. Thus, when we walk barefoot on the Earth’s surface, we absorb large amounts of electrons through the soles of our feet.
