Supervision for coaches
Every professional Coach needs an experienced Coach and a safe environment to discuss challenges and concerns, given the complexity of modern Coaching.
Given the complexity and demanding nature of modern coaching topics, it is absolutely essential for every professional coach to meet with an experienced coach in a safe environment. This allows them to share their concerns and discuss the challenges they face in their work.
It is crucial for every professional coach to receive supervision services in order to process and understand the dynamics of their coaching relationships within a secure and protected environment. Supervision helps address issues related to competitiveness or areas where either the coach or their clients encounter obstacles.
The Process
During supervision, new skills and strategies are developed, enabling a coach to become more effective by gaining awareness of the current state of their relationship with clients.
Through this process, a coach receives valuable insights into their actions and practices, allowing them to enhance their efficiency and further refine their techniques.
The Purpose
The purpose of coaching supervision is to improve effectiveness levels, enhance competitiveness, and promote excellence while simultaneously ensuring the well-being of both the coach and their clients.
Supervision acts as a supportive tool in a coach’s continuous education and professional development journey.
MOVING MINDS provides supervision services in two formats:

Group supervision sessions (2 hours for 2-4 participants)
