In our everyday activity there are “inner voices” that are fighting for our attention. Sometimes they talk nicely. At other times they become hostile or brave. Two negotiating sides, two or more internal negotiators. Like real people, they vary in the style, motivation, and the rules they follow when they are involved. They have their own interests and different desirable results.

The Coaching Experience “The Negotiation Within and the Inner Dialogues" is a 4-hour seminar in order to teach us to recognize, understand and evaluate our personal choices as elements of our unique and authentic personality! In this seminar we will manage the process of negotiating with ourselves, with the tools and methods of Coaching.

Besides, the best results, the strongest relationships and the deepest rewards in life come from learning the negotiation with our Self. It is a basic prerequisite and it determines the quality of our lives to a significant extent. It is a core competence so as to achieve inner harmony and happiness.
