Coaching Supervision: Becoming more Professional as Coach

Introduction

Given the complexity and demanding nature of modern Thematic Coaching, it is imperative that every professional Coach meet with an experienced Coach in a safe environment so as to be able to convey his concerns and discuss the challenges he faces in his work.

It is important that each professional Coach receives supervision services in order to be able, within a safe and protected environment, to process and understand the situation in coaching relationships one has created. He should address issues related to competitiveness or areas where the Coach or his customers find obstacles.

The Process

During Supervision, new competencies and strategies are developed that allow a Coach to be more effective as a professional by becoming aware of the current situation in his relationship with his client.

In this way, a Coach receives information about his actions and practices and this allows him to increase his performance and further develop his techniques.

The purpose of Coaching Supervision is to improve levels of efficiency, promote competitiveness and excellence, while at the same time protecting himself and his client.

Supervision works supportively in the Coach’s continuous training and development process.

Moving Minds provides Supervision service in two ways:

• Individual 1-hour Supervision Sessions

• 2-hour Supervision group sessions for 2-4 people

Irini Nikolaidou, PCC, implements the Supervision programs at one2one meetings at its premises, at 1 Paparigopoulou Street in Voula, as well as via Skype or telephone sessions.
Before the start of the supervision program, a brief identification meeting is held.

Financial terms

The participation in a 6-hour Coaching Supervision Individual Program amounts to € 750 + VAT.

Participation in Coaching Supervision Group Program is offered with 4 options depending on the number of participants:

1. The participation in a 10-hour Coaching Supervision Group Program for 2 people amounts to € 650 + VAT, per person.
2. The participation in a 10-hour Coaching Supervision Group Program for 3 people amounts to a total of €550 + VAT, per person.
3. The participation in a 10-hour Coaching Supervision Group Program for 4 people amounts to € 500 + VAT per person.

In case of an interpersonal session of Coaching Supervision, without attending a program, the Coach Supervisor’s fee for each 60-minute session is agreed at € 150 and the amount of the fee will be deposited into a bank account one day before the session.

To whom it is addressed

The program is addressed to those who have completed their training and practice as certified or accredited Professional Coaches and are interested in developing their technique.
