Mentor Coaching Program: Becoming an ICF Professional Coach
The program of Mentor Coaching is one of the conditions that ICF sets for anyone following the Portfolio Path to acquire ACC or PCC Credentials.
Introduction
The practice of Coaching has developed considerably over the past two decades and is now the most sought-after choice of personal and professional development. The number of Coaches continues to rise daily while customers seem to trust only professional certified Coaches. After training, it is essential for individuals to continue to develop their skills through practice and aim at continuous professional development. These are the elements required to become a Certified – Credentialed Coach.
Purpose of the Program
The program of Mentor Coaching is one of the conditions that ICF sets for anyone following the Portfolio Path to acquire ACC or PCC Credentials. This specialized program aims to:
- meet the required 10 hours of Mentor Coaching with a specialist Mentor Coach and
- prepare the candidates for the ICF Portfolio Exam.
Agenda
The program of «Mentor Coaching: Becoming an ICF Professional Coach» is designed to provide the young Coaches with the necessary 10 hours of Mentoring by an experienced and certified Coach for this purpose so that the participants become familiar with the core competencies, Coaching methodology and prepare for the ACC or PCC Development Path or Portfolio Exam.
During the program the participants will have the opportunity to deepen and fully understand the implementation of the 8 core competencies as described by the International Coach Federation and are:

Structure of the Program
The program is offered individually or in groups. Specifically:
- The individual program concerns 10 hourly sessions one2one or zoom at the Lab of Moving Minds, at least three months after its launch.
- The group program concerns 2 to 4 candidates. It consists of 7 group 90-minute and 3 individual 60-minute sessions, one2one or via Skype, at least three months after its start. The dates and times are agreed with the participants at times served by all candidates.
Financial terms
The participation, in an Individual 10-hour Mentor Coaching Program , amounts to € 1,450 + VAT.
The participation in a Mentor Coaching Team Program is offered with 4 options depending on the number of participants:
- The participation in a 13.5 hour Mentor Coaching Group Program for 2 people amounts to a total of € 1,350 + VAT per person.
- The participation in a 13.5-hour Mentor Coaching Program for 3 people amounts to a total of € 1,150 plus VAT per person.
- The participation in a 13.5-hour Mentor Coaching Program for 4 people amounts to a total of € 1,050 + VAT per person.
In case of a Mentor Coaching interpersonal session without attending a program, the Mentor Coach’s fee for each 60-minute session is agreed at 170 Euros and the amount of the fee will be deposited into a bank account one day before the session.
Mentor Coaching Feedback: Free oral evaluation after each individual or group program meeting. The written assessment in a transcript of session is charged with an extra EUR 100.
The above prices are being provided with the following payment options:
- Payment in two equal installments, 50% before the start of the program and 50% before the 6th session, by depositing the amount in a bank account for the signing of the contract and the activation of the agreement.
- By discounting the entire program, a 10% discount on the total amount is provided. The deposit must be made before the start of the program and the 1st session for the signing of the contract and the activation of the agreement.
Interpersonal sessions take place at the Moving Minds Lab. The Coach and the Lab are committed to specific days and hours for attending scheduled sessions. For this purpose, meetings are organized in the best possible way so as to maximize the time required.

The program is addressed to those who have completed their training as Coaches and wish to prepare their certification process.
